ONEIRIC NOBLE LATE HARVEST
Sold in a case of 6 x 750ml
(£150.00 per case).
A result of very hot drought temperatures in Elgin in 2017 which lead to our Sauvignon Blanc grapes literally drying out on the vines and our quick thinking winemaker jumping to action, rescuing them in the art of creating this outstanding Noble Late Harvest. The drought prompted a shorter harvest, which resulted in faster ripening fruit yielding berries with concentrated flavours and well balanced acidity.
The wine was then nestled in French Oak barrels for 24 months.
Vibrant and tantalizing from the beautiful bright, golden appearance to the lingering, zesty finish. The nose is layered with aspects of citrus blossom, honeycomb and stone fruit which follows through onto the palate. Full bodied, the mouthfeel is rich and creamy with a refreshing acidity.
