Green-tinged, pale mid-gold. Developed but very attractive. Mown hay and tropical aromas, lime blossom whiffs still fresh and zesty with quince-like precision on the palate and an almost honeyed richness filling out the finish. An elegant, fragrant wine, with concentrated acidity, intensity and freshness. A classic example of an unique expression cool climate Sauvignon Blanc.
